High-Strength Acrylic Shell Construction
Our spa shells are built using a multi-layered construction system that combines the beauty of premium acrylic surfaces from Plaskolite or Aristech with a reinforced ABS backing for added strength and structural integrity.
The shell is further strengthened with Isotec’s Acrylobond® HD ISO and POL materials, high-density structural polymers engineered to provide exceptional durability and rigidity. This advanced reinforcement delivers strength comparable to traditional fiberglass while offering a cleaner, more consistent manufacturing process with a reduced environmental impact. The result is a solid, long-lasting shell designed to maintain its integrity, comfort, and appearance for years of enjoyment.
QCA has a hot tub to fit your needs – from a cozy 2 person spa to an 8 person party tub. Each seat has be ergonomically designed to fit the contours of your body. Many of our spas feature deeper foot wells for comfort and spaciousness. Built in safety features like steps and lighting are part of every spa we make. We add in luxurious touches, like comfort pillows, soft touch controls, adjustable jets and massage levels and drink holders. Our shell design and durability can't be beat.
