TheraSauna™ has been tested and approved by CSA ( a major safety testing agency for the U.S. and Canada). We are also CE approved to meet the rigorous standards in Europe. QCA Spas, Inc. corporate headquarters, retail, and manufacturing/assembly facilities are located in Bettendorf, Iowa. We also have warehouse facilities in Dewitt, IA as well as Wisconsin and Europe to distribute our products globally.
